Candidate for Utah House • District 35
Common-sense leadership for Utah families.
I am running for Utah House District 35 to deliver thoughtful, principled leadership focused on real solutions for our community. I believe in a balanced approach to governance, and as your representative, I’m committed to bringing thoughtful, pragmatic solutions to the table.
Why I’m Running
A representative who listens and acts for District 35.
Representation of the People
In a democratic republic, citizens elect representatives to make decisions on their behalf, and government operates under laws that apply equally to all. The majority’s decision prevails, while the rights of minority groups are protected.
I believe it’s essential for our legislators to genuinely represent all constituents in their districts. When there’s a disconnect between the legislature and the people they serve, it fosters division.
Rooted in Murray
I’ve been a proud resident of Murray since 2014 and it is my home and my community.
Over the past five years, I’ve dedicated myself to understanding the challenges our district and state face. My goal is simple: serve District 35 with no hidden agenda and ensure every voice is heard.
Community First
Strong communities are built on safe neighborhoods, great schools, and opportunity for working families. I’m committed to practical solutions that strengthen District 35.
Utah is a democratic republic, and our representatives should honor the voices and decisions of their districts, who trusted them with their votes. If that is not happening, it is time for change.

Issues
Clear priorities. Practical solutions. Responsible government.
Featured Priority: Modernizing Utah’s Unemployment System
Work has changed; remote, hybrid, contract, and technology-driven careers are now mainstream. Our unemployment policies should reflect today’s workforce so qualified Utahns aren’t disadvantaged by outdated assumptions.
We should also address ageism in hiring and support experienced workers re-entering the workforce through retraining and upskilling, without expanding bureaucracy.
As a Republican, I believe in personal responsibility and limited government. I also believe government should function efficiently and fairly. If our systems are outdated, it’s our responsibility to fix them while protecting taxpayers and treating Utahns with dignity.
